I’ve been eagerly awaiting Dune: Prophecy since I first heard about it. Then I saw the trailers and my excitement grew even more. Well, having seen it, I can say that it lived up to my expectations without a doubt.
But your expectations should be realistic
If you’re expecting something as perfect as the Denis Villeneuve-directed films, you’ll be disappointed, but if you go into this expecting a perfectly paced, thrilling series that keeps you invested in every episode, you’ll love it. The ongoing world building and attention to detail is as good as any TV show. This series is best watched on a loop because I can promise you that once you finish one episode, you won’t want to wait a week to start the next one.
